The Order Puller will be responsible for accurately pulling customer orders by using an RF scanner. The puller must verify product and count accuracy, receive, and label per procedures, and deliver finished load to designated area. The puller will need the ability to accurately measure in linear feet and properly build a pallet.

• Scan location and pull product using an RF scanner to fulfill customer orders in a safe and effective manner.
• Ensure all units are organized, leveled, and tightly built for transport.
• Communicate any discrepancies, product issues, or safety issues with the Supervisor.
• Place completed and labelled order into the designated area once the order is fulfilled.
• Maintain a clean work area, sweeping, rebinding loose bundles, etc.
• Successfully pass all Novo tugger training and operate a tugger following all safety requirements established within Novo.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Effectively perform all essential functions, including physical requirements.
• Use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and company approved tools while remaining aware of hazards and maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to move awkward product lengths and weights.
• Basic math, interpersonal/team, and reasoning skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions.
• Flexibility in scheduling – able to work overtime as needed.

• Prior experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience driving industrial powered equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• No travel requirements.
