Full-Time 1st Shift
Ventura Manufacturing is looking for hands-on, dependable team members to join our production team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys detailed work, learning different manufacturing processes, and staying active throughout the day.
Our team members are cross-trained and may work in different production areas based on business needs. You'll have the opportunity to learn multiple processes while helping us build high-quality products our customers can depend on.
What You'll Do- Perform hands-on production, molding, and assembly work
- Learn multiple manufacturing processes and work areas
- Complete visual quality inspections throughout the production process
- Clean and inspect lenses and other components
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Identify defects or quality concerns before products move forward
- Move between work areas as production needs change
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Step in to help teammates and keep production moving
You don't need experience in everything below.

- Silicone molding or other molding processes
- Injection molding
- Manufacturing or assembly
- Wiring or electrical assembly
- Lasers or laser equipment
- Lighting or UVA products
- Sewing or upholstery
- Quality inspection
- Other hands-on work requiring strong attention to detail
