• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents’ needs.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.

• Current RN license.
• Ability to administer medication; IV certification preferred.
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with excellent attendance.
