Corewell Health’s Visiting Nurses Association in Michigan seeks an experienced RN for its home care team serving Zeeland and surrounding areas. The role features flexibility, autonomous practice, and community-based patient care with 5–7 visits per shift.
You’ll work 24 hours weekly, with daytime hours and a 4th weekend rotation, improving home health outcomes. Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, MI RN license upon hire, and valid driver's license coupled with BLS.
