• Assist in various construction tasks including demolition and finishing work.
• Load and unload equipment, materials and tools to ensure job sites are well-equipped.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Support skilled tradespeople in completing projects efficiently.
• Participate in site clean-up and organization at the end of each workday.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Adhere to project timelines and help meet deadlines.
• Learn and apply new skills related to construction and restoration work.
• Learn new skills in the property damage restoration industry.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Successful completion of a background check.
