General Laborer/Field Technician at Lakeshore Concrete Solutions, LLC
About UsWe specialize in polished concrete and high performance epoxy floor coating systems for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented technician to assist with surface preparation, polishing concrete, installing epoxy/resinous coatings, and ensuring projects meet our high quality standards.
Responsibilities- Assist with floor prep, grinding, and polishing
- Mix and apply resinous flooring systems
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines
- Previous experience in flooring, construction, or a related trade preferred but not mandatory (will train the right candidate)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations and able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
