PSYTREC Academy zoekt een Assistent Academy die het Hoofd Academy ondersteunt bij de organisatie en coördinatie van opleidingen, trainingen en onderzoeksactiviteiten. Je bent een essentiële spil die zorgt voor afspraken, deadlines en een soepele gang van zaken voor collega’s en opleiders.
Je houdt praktische planning bij, behandelt mailverkeer en regelt interne trainingsdagen. Je stemt zaken zelfstandig af met het Hoofd Academy en fungeert als contactpunt voor ondersteunende diensten.
