Een organisatie voor arbeidsparticipatie in Zeist zoekt een Jobcoach om inwoners met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt te begeleiden naar duurzaam werk. Je werkt samen met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines om inclusieve arbeidsparticipatie te stimuleren. De rol omvat coaching op de werkplek, het opstellen van begeleidingsplannen, het adviseren van werkgevers en het monitoren van voortgang. Ervaring met de Participatiewet en goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn gewenst.
