Abrona opent in Zeist Eikenstein en zoekt een Begeleider voor 20-28 uur. Je ondersteunt bewoners in hun dagelijks leven, stimuleert zelfstandigheid en werkt aan een vernieuwend woonconcept met 24-uur zorg en ambulante begeleiding.
Je werkt in een hybride opbouw en bouwt mee aan een team en een sociaal netwerk in de buurt. Een mbo-3 zorgdiploma en affiniteit met mensen met een beperking zijn vereist; flexibel inzetbaar in avonden/slaapdiensten en open voor leren van zorgtechnologie.
