Het Leger des Heils zoekt een ambulant begeleider voor de regio Zeist. Je begeleidt mensen met meerdere problemen, zoekt naar ingang waar zorg ontbreekt en werkt aan stabiliteit en perspectief.
Je reist zelfstandig en stemt wekelijks af met het team om casussen te bespreken en van elkaar te leren. Je hebt een HBO-diploma Social Work, ervaring met ambulant werk of complexe doelgroepen, en affiniteit met bemoeizorg.
