Interakt Contour zoekt een pedagogisch medewerker intensieve jeugdzorg in Zeist. Je werkt dagelijks samen met collega’s aan een veilig woon- en leefklimaat voor jongeren tussen 8 en 20 jaar met een (licht) verstandelijke beperking.
Je biedt ondersteuning bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van verblijf- en behandelprogramma’s, werkt de-escalerend en kunt traumasensitieve benaderingen toepassen. Je werkt in verschuivende diensten, 24/7 beschikbaarheid vereist.
