Gemeente Zeist zoekt een jeugdconsulent binnen het Centrum voor Jeugd en Gezin (CJG) in Zeist. Je ondersteunt gezinnen en jeugdigen bij opvoedvragen, voert brede vraagverheldering uit en maakt plannen samen met ouders en jeugdigen om samen met partners passende zorg te organiseren.
Het betreft een eenjarige aanstelling met uitzicht op verlenging of vast, met remote- en thuiswerkopties. Je hebt een HBO-diploma in jeugdzorg en SKJ-registratie; daarnaast beschik je over kennis van jeugdpsychologie
