Abrona zoekt een Ambulant begeleider in Zeist om kwetsbare volwassenen te ondersteunen bij zelfstandig wonen en om mee te bouwen aan de nieuwe woonlocatie Eikenstein. Je werkt in samenwerking met bewoners, colleagues en de buurt.
De rol vereist empathie, flexibiliteit en een betrokken houding. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen het ambulante team Zeist en draagt bij aan community building en veldwerk in de wijk.
