What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.

• No yelling, no drama, no favorites
• We promote from within. Most of our supervisors started in this role.
• Tools and supplies provided. No paying out of pocket to do your job.

• You don’t need to be a maintenance expert. We’ll teach you.
• You don’t need a college degree.
• You don’t need a résumé full of titles. You just need to show up and do the work.
