Gemeente Moerdijk zoekt een Medewerker Bestuurssecretariaat en Kabinet voor 24-26 uur per week. Je ondersteunt het college van burgemeester en wethouders en de gemeentesecretaris en bewaakt de kwaliteit en tijdigheid van bestuurlijke stukken.
Je beheert agenda's, bereidt vergaderingen voor, coördineert werkbezoeken en verzorgt de verspreiding van stukken en besluitenlijsten. Je hebt affiniteit met openbaar bestuur en werkt nauw samen met inwoners en partners.
