Stichting Surplus Zorg zoekt een Verpleegkundig Regisseur PG, Somatiek & Kortdurende Zorg voor De Zeven Schakels in Zevenbergen. Je coördineert dagelijks de zorg, houdt het overzicht over meerdere zorggroepen en bewaakt de continuïteit van zorg.
Je werkt 24–32 uur per week, volgens FWG 50‑cao VVT. Je biedt coaching aan collega's, stemt af met artsen en behandelaren en draagt bij aan kwaliteitsverbeteringen in een dynamische omgeving.
