  Zion, IL, also has outpatient clinics in Morton Groveanddowntown Chicago.
• Clinical responsibilities include providing and supervising patient care in both the outpatient clinicandinpatient services at the Zion campus.
• Academic appointmentswill be offeredcommensuratewith experience and training.
• The successful candidate will join an experienced
  
  Interventional Pulmonary & Critical Care physician and collaborate with asupportive, multidisciplinary team.
• The position follows a7-on / 7-off day-shift schedule, with minimal overnight coverage.

• Includes a highly competitive salary, Signing Bonus, Relocation Assistance and Productivity/Performance incentives.
• Base Salary Range:$400K-$450K. The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/communityneedand other factors

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
• Successful completion of an Internal Medicine residency & fellowship training in Pulmonary/Critical Care. Additional certification and training in Interventional Pulmonology is helpful.
• Board Certification:
  Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine , Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain Illinois Medical License prior to starting date.
