City of Hope, a nationally recognized network of cancer hospitals and outpatient centers, is seeking an exceptional Board-Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join our team in Zion, IL (north of Chicago). We offer a collaborative, patient-centered environment dedicated to advancing cancer care by integrating innovative research with compassionate clinical practice.
About the CenterOur licensed 73-bed cancer center, located in Zion, IL, also has outpatient clinics in Morton Grove and downtown Chicago.
Clinical Responsibilities- Provide and supervise patient care in both the outpatient clinic and inpatient services at the Zion campus.
- Collaborate with an experienced Interventional Pulmonary & Critical Care physician and a supportive multidisciplinary team.
- Academic appointments will be offered commensurate with experience and training.
- Position follows a 7-on/7-off day-shift schedule, with minimal overnight coverage.
- Highly competitive salary, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and productivity/performance incentives.
- Base Salary Range: $400K-$450K. The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors.

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO). Successful completion of Internal Medicine residency and fellowship training in Pulmonary/Critical Care. Additional certification and training in Interventional Pulmonology is helpful.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain Illinois Medical License prior to starting date.
