Our client is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the Zion area. This position is focused on delivering personalized, high-quality care that supports patient comfort and recovery in a home setting.

Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and educating patients and families on managing health needs.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• Minimum of one year of professional RN experience (Home Health experience preferred)
• Current BLS and CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Schedule:

Monday to Friday day shift, one weekend per month, two to three on-call days per month, and two holidays per year
