Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time
Allure of Zion Skilled Nursing Facility, Zion, IL
Pay: $40–$42/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Full-Time; PM Shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; NOC Shift 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and respond to acute and chronic changes
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Supervise, support, and guide CNAs and nursing staff
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
- Assist with admissions, discharges, care planning, and interdisciplinary coordination
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and fall prevention initiatives
- Deliver resident-centered, trauma-informed care
- Active Illinois RN license
- CPR certification
- Long‑term care experience preferred
