Position: Sales Account  Manager

Sales Manager – Rampro

Rampro is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager with a “hunter” mentality to lead and grow our sales operations. This role blends leadership and direct sales execution—ideal for a high‑energy individual who thrives in both strategy and action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through outbound calling, networking, site visits, referrals, and social media engagement. 50‑70% of the day is dedicated to sales activity.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Conduct in‑depth prospect discovery to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract execution.
  • Lead, train, and manage the sales and lead generation team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Increase sales revenue by $1,000,000 and profit margin by an additional 3%.
  • Identify new opportunities in the market; 50‑70% of the sales goal is based on personal activity, the rest on team performance.
  • Develop and implement sales processes, performance metrics, and territory strategies.
  • Forecast sales performance and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for leadership.
  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Represent Ram Pro at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to drive brand awareness and prospecting efforts.
  • Establish long‑term relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in B2B sales, with proven experience acquiring new clients and managing a sales team.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with small business environments and ability to wear multiple hats.
  • Solid understanding of social selling, outbound strategies, and lead conversion funnels.
