The Cleaning Technician is a crucial role in our company. Ram Pro's success is tied directly to the quality of service provided by our Technicians. Our team of professionals performs a thorough inspection from floor to roof to identify and address any potential risks or factors requiring repair, and deep clean and sanitize the premises.

In this role you will:

• Work with a team of 2-6 technicians in full kitchen exhaust system cleaning.
• Clean/scrape/remove grease from surfaces incl. kitchen exhaust systems, kitchen equipment, and other various kitchen surfaces.
• Operate various types of hand tools/scrapers.
• Operate various types of commercial cleaning equipment, such as pressure washers, water heaters, wet vacs.
• Prepare sites for service (cover equipment with plastic, wrap hoods, protect outlets, cover food).
• Drive work vans to and from the job site.

• Demonstrates attention to detail with physical tasks.
• Maintains a consistent customer‑centric orientation.
• Must be able to work night shifts, 10 pm–6 am (day shift work is also available).
• Driver's license (required).
• One year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Mechanical knowledge – preferred.
• Commercial hood cleaning certification is a plus.

• Ability to work in all weather conditions (outdoors and indoors), hot or cold.
• Must be able to crawl into confined spaces as well as climb up/down ladders.
• Must be able to perform general physical activities and lift 70 lbs.

• Wage rate is between $19.50 and $25/hour, based on experience and ability.
• Paid vacation (eligible to accrue after 6 months).
