ABOUT THE JOB

Domino's Pizza hires drivers to staff stores across the area. We offer a flexible schedule with hours that fit your needs and opportunities to grow, whether as a delivery driver, management, or beyond.

• Deliver product by car to customers’ doors and deliver flyers and door hangers (Driving Specific Job Duties).
• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily; ensure proper safety and quality standards are followed.

General requirements for all store team members

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and ability to navigate adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.

Many team members began as delivery drivers and advanced to roles such as franchise owner, store management, or corporate operations leadership.

• Training:
  Orientation and on-the-job training provided.
• Communication Skills:
  Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders.
• Essential Functions/Skills:
  Ability to perform arithmetic accurately; handle monetary transactions; effective verbal, writing, and telephone skills; eye–hand coordination for fast, precise movements; ability to enter orders via computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather while performing outside tasks; in-store temperatures range from cool to hot depending on area.
• Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust; cramped quarters including walk-in cooler; hot oven surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher; sharp edges and moving parts.

• Sensing:
  Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid-range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
• Temperaments:
  Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, handle stress, meet quality standards, interact with customers, analyze data, and make decisions.

• Standing:
  Most tasks performed while standing.
• Walking:
  Short-distance walking for short durations; varied floor surfaces; elevation of work surfaces (36–48 inches).
• Sitting:
  Administrative tasks performed at a desk.
• Lifting & Carrying:
  Handling up to 50 pounds; lifting from floor to shelves; carrying items like cans, pizza ingredients, and dough trays.
• Pushing/Pulling:
  Move trays on dollies; push/pull actions as needed.
• Climbing:
  Occasional stairs or ladders for price checks and maintenance.

• Delivering & Driving:
  Carry pizzas and beverages; make multiple deliveries per shift as needed; travel between store, vehicle, and customer location.
• Walking & Climbing:
  Navigate between store, vehicle, and customer location; may require navigating stairs during delivery.

• Driving Specific Job Duties:
  Deliver product by car to door customer; deliver flyers and door hangers.
