Warehouse Associate

Role Overview: Supports transportation, warehouse, and logistics operations by verifying shipment and receipt information, updating systems, tracking inventory and fleet activity, and preparing operational documentation. Ensures data accuracy, manages routine exceptions, and maintains operational records to support timely deliveries and inventory management.

• Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment details to facilitate accurate product movement.
• Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction and operational data.
• Track fleet activities, shipment progress, and inventory movements to ensure schedule adherence.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation for transaction accuracy.
• Review routine operational exceptions such as delivery issues, inventory discrepancies, and vehicle availability, resolving or escalating as needed.
• Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics documentation, transportation systems, and loss prevention.
• Ability to process operational activities, analyze basic data, and maintain accurate records.
• Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external contacts.
• Support for continuous improvement initiatives within established procedures.
