Marketing and Sales Director – Grand Victorian of Zionsville
Grand Victorian of Zionsville is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to lead the community marketing and sales program, implement creative strategies, and achieve optimal resident occupancy.
Pay Range- Base pay: $70,000.00/yr – $73,000.00/yr (range provided by employer; final compensation based on skills and experience)
- Lead the community marketing and sales program, implementing creative and effective strategies.
- Form and foster relationships with local community professionals (physicians, senior centers, home health) to maximize referral sources.
- Promote a positive social media presence through compelling content, emphasizing the mission and core values of love, compassion, and dignity.
- Oversee a range of marketing channels including paid advertising, digital platforms, and traditional outreach methods.
- Bridge the gap between marketing and sales by developing and executing strategies that generate leads, nurture relationships, and drive revenue.
- Deliver exceptional and tailored tours for prospective residents and family members, reflecting our commitment to compassion and high-quality care.
- Implement follow-up strategies to nurture relationships and promptly address inquiries or concerns.
- Manage the CRM tool to maintain leads, track follow-up activities, and optimize sales and marketing efforts.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 3+ years of prior sales, marketing, or community outreach experience.
- Assisted/high‑end/senior living experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data‑driven decisions.
