As a Registered Nurse
, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, promoting physical and psychosocial well-being, and contributing to a compassionate and safe care environment.

- Leadership: Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of our residents.
- Collaboration: Work with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
- Teamwork: Work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
- Interpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
