Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity at Zionsville Meadows — Full-time and Part-time, Day, Evening & Night Shifts.

• As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff, promoting the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents.
• Utilize nursing skills to provide care and promote resident health, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents—provide supportive presence.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet and exceed residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment through interpersonal communication and professional conduct.

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
