Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity at Zionsville Meadows — Full-time and Part-time, Day, Evening & Night Shifts.
Responsibilities- As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff, promoting the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents.
- Utilize nursing skills to provide care and promote resident health, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment.
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents—provide supportive presence.
- Promote teamwork within the care team to meet and exceed residents’ needs.
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Support a respectful and positive work environment through interpersonal communication and professional conduct.
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
