Sample Shipment Specialist

Eurofins Bio Pharma Services – Zionsville/Lebanon, Indiana

Position is full-time, Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm; may include some weekends. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Zionsville/Lebanon, Indiana are encouraged to apply.

• Using LIMS system, prepare for shipments, ensuring appropriate temperature-controlled shippers are on hand and conditioned appropriately
• Package materials for shipment so that they arrive at the destination site intact, within temperature range (if requested), and with the appropriate paperwork enclosed
• Follow all department procedures and SOPs; understand and apply GMP regulations to daily work; document data in accordance with regulatory requirements

• Knowledge of cold chain shipments
• Familiar with DOT/IATA
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Comfortable to work on different sites within an hour drive

• High school diploma + 2 years of related experience, or college degree in a related field
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
