Marten is hiring for a Dedicated Fleet Manager in Phoenix.
As the Fleet Manager, you will manage drivers’ performance and serve as the primary communication link to drivers. You will work to achieve optimum driver and customer satisfaction.
Core responsibilities include:
- Serve as drivers’ supervisor/representative in Operations.
- Manage drivers' performance in identified categories.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to maintain high service levels.
- Collaborate with Operations to optimize driver and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Mid‑senior level experience in fleet or transportation management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience managing driver performance metrics.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
Compensation: excellent package including full benefits such as 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
