Een klantcontactorganisatie in Zoetermeer is op zoek naar een Klantenservice Medewerker die schadeclaims vanaf de eerste melding tot afronding behandelt. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor verschillende verzekeringslabels en zorg ervoor dat klanten goed geïnformeerd zijn. Gewenste kwalificaties zijn empathie, analytische vaardigheden en minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in telefonische klantenservice. Je werkt 28 uur per week, flexibel en met een bruto startsalaris van €18 per uur.
