You make sure DEFION’s preventive services run smoothly. You keep track of planning, calendars and capacity, and flag in good time when something threatens to go wrong.

DEFION helps organisations become resilient against digital threats. Our Prevent department proactively reduces our clients’ attack surface: from vulnerability management and security awareness to pentests and risk assessments.

As Planning & Support Coordinator you support the Prevent managers in the day-to-day organisation of these services. You keep track of the planning of projects and recurring services, such as vulnerability assessments, pentests and awareness programmes, and make sure appointments, calendars and capacity line up. You are an important point of contact for consultants and clients on practical matters, and you flag early when something threatens to go wrong, so the managers can adjust quickly.

The role is based in our Zoetermeer office and requires good Dutch and English.

• You support the managers in planning and allocating consultants’ capacity across ongoing assignments.
• You keep the planning and calendars of projects and recurring services up to date and clear.
• You are the first point of contact for consultants and clients on practical questions about planning and coordination.
• You monitor deadlines and let the managers know in good time when a schedule is at risk of slipping.
• You support the hand-over of new assignments from Sales to Consultancy by recording agreements and details carefully.
• You compile overviews and reports on planning and capacity for the Prevent managers.

Must have:

• Experience in planning and organising, for example as a planner, coordinator or in another support role
• At least secondary vocational (MBO level
  4) or higher professional education, or equivalent working level
• An affinity with IT or cyber security, and an understanding of what DEFION does and the context our clients work in
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail, even when a lot is happening at once
• Good communication skills: you switch easily between clients, consultants and managers
• You are precise, proactive and helpful
• Good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written
