We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Zoetermeer and help ensure that materials, suppliers, systems, and processes support our continued growth across Europe.

You’ll play a key role in managing the flow of materials from suppliers to production, working closely with Supply Chain, Production, R&D, Quality, and external partners.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing purchasing activities for development projects and production materials
• Supplier management and coordinating forecasting, purchase orders and transportation
• Monitoring inventory levels and improving material availability
• Maintaining ERP and product master data
• Supporting PLM development initiatives and complaint handling with R&D, Quality and suppliers
• Driving continuous improvement across procurement and supply chain operations

You don’t need to tick every box to be successful in this role. You may currently work as a Supply Chain Specialist, Procurement Specialist, Operational Buyer, Material Planner, or Supply Chain Coordinator. What matters most is that you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and keeping things moving in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, inventory management, or a related field
• Experience working with ERP systems and data-driven processes
• A proactive, hands-on, and structured way of working
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
