SIGRA in Amsterdam zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider voor jonge vrouwen die ondersteuning nodig hebben op hun weg naar zelfstandigheid en herstel. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van hun persoonlijke trajecten en het ondersteunen bij het halen van leerdoelen zoals werk en opleiding.
Je werkt samen met collega's en legt verantwoording af aan de afdelingsmanager. Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Social Work is vereist, evenals affiniteit met de doelgroep.
