Ipse de Bruggen in Zoetermeer zoekt een begeleider LVB Doof+ voor het ondersteunen van jongvolwassenen die doof of slechthorend zijn. Je biedt dagelijkse ondersteuning, maakt zorgplannen en creëert een ondersteunende omgeving voor de bewoners.
Als je een zorgopleiding hebt op mbo 3 of 4 en vaardig bent in Nederlandse Gebarentaal of bereid bent dit te leren, nodigen wij je uit om te solliciteren. Het contract is voor 24-28 uur per week met mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling.
