Heb je minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Wmo-consulent, bij voorkeur binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie? Dan bied je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de eerstelijns zorgverlening binnen het sociaal domein. De functie biedt ruimte voor ontwikkeling en samenwerking met enthousiaste collega’s.
