Stichting Antes in Zoetermeer zoekt een ambulant gezinsbehandelaar voor 24-32 uur per week, met start in september 2026. In deze rol werk je intensief met gezinnen die complexe problematiek ervaren, en begeleid je hen naar herstel van hun dagelijks functioneren.
Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team waarin je met andere zorgprofessionals samenwerkt. Je brengt jouw expertise in en coördineert zorg tussen betrokken partijen. Een relevante hbo-opleiding en SKJ-registratie zijn vereist.
