Middin zoekt een persoonlijk begeleider lvb/lvb+ voor de woonlocatie Aalstlaan in Zoetermeer. Je begeleidt bewoners bij rust, regelmaat en structuur, met focus op zelfstandigheid en een zinvolle daginvulling.
Je werkt in een hecht team van 11 collega’s en onderhoudt contact met familie en zorgpartners. Een leerprogramma Triple C en de Houvast-methodiek maken onderdeel uit van de functie.
