YOEP zoekt een ambulant jeugdhulpverlener die zelfstandig een cliëntenportefeuille beheert en werkt aan zelfredzaamheid, zelfstandigheid en maatschappelijke participatie van jongeren. Je werkt nauw samen met gezinnen, scholen en het zorgsysteem en voert begeleiding uit op locatie thuis, op school of bij de sportvereniging.
Je maakt verbinding met jongeren met ontwikkelingsproblematiek, hebt empathie en stelt duidelijke grenzen.
