Job Description

As a UI / Interface Designer, you will create intuitive, visually appealing and engaging user interfaces for our UFM game and related products. You will work closely with game designers, product owners, developers and artists to design experiences that are both functional and enjoyable for our users.

Besides creating interfaces, you'll contribute to the overall visual quality of the product, help define design systems, and explore new workflows using AI-powered creative tools. Experience with Blender and Unity is a plus, allowing you to create assets, mockups or visualizations when needed.

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for UFM.
• Create wireframes, mockups and polished UI designs.
• Maintain and expand our design system and UI components.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers and artists to create new features and improve user experience.
• Produce visual assets for interfaces, presentations and promotional materials.
• Use AI-powered design tools to improve creativity and productivity.
• Create or adapt 3D assets and renders when required (nice to have).
• Support implementation by working closely with developers.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and interaction design.
• Experience with Blender or other 3D software.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of typography, colour and layout.
• Experience designing interfaces for mobile.
• Experience with Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience working with Unity or other real-time engines.
• Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Cursor, Claude or similar) as part of the creative workflow.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills.

• Motion graphics or animation experience.
• Basic understanding of front-end implementation is a plus.
