Location: Zoetermeer, The Netherlands – Europe Distribution Center (EDC)

Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Warehouse Associate

• Inbound: process inbound orders (STOs and POs) administratively and physically. Receive, inspect, and register incoming goods. Organize putaway by ensuring correct quantity is stored in the correct location.
• Outbound: process outbound orders (deliveries and TOs) administratively and physically. Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to work instructions. Use a hand scanner or printed TO to process orders. Select appropriate packaging and packing materials. Operate a forklift or reach truck when required.
• Administration: perform basic warehouse administrative tasks to support daily operations. Prepare shipping documentation and book courier shipments when required. Prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• General: follow all health, safety, and quality procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy. Assist with other warehouse activities as needed.

• Education and Experience: VMBO (level
  4), 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics/warehouse. Forklift certificate & Reachtruck certificate (plus, or willing to obtain). Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience using SAP or another Warehouse Management System is an advantage.
• Skills and Attributes: Team player, hard worker, detail oriented, hands-on mentality, strong in organizing workflow, accurate.
• Physical Requirements: Being able to work in a warehouse and behind a desk.
• Languages: English mandatory;
  Dutch language skills are a plus for spoken.
