Kundenbetreuerin Customer Center Finanzdienstleistungen 100% (w/m/d)
- Arbeitszeiten Mo–Fr 08–20 Uhr, Sa sporadisch 08–17 Uhr
- Homeoffice nach ca. 3 Monaten möglich
- Befristet mit Option Festanstellung
- Drei bis vier Wochen Einschulung
- Weiterbildungsfonds + Coachings:

Aufgaben
- Telefonische Beratung zu Produkten & Services
- Begeistern & Verkaufen via E-Learnings & Sales-Trainings
- Mitgestaltung digitaler Bankprojekte
- Kontinuierliches Lernen & Skill-Aufbau
- Aktiver Austausch im Team
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung EFZ (Branchenunabhängig ebenfalls möglich)
- Erfahrung im Call-Center/Sales von Vorteil
- Fliessend Deutsch & Französisch;
Italienisch von Vorteil - Digitale Affinität + schnelle Auffassung
- Flexibilität, Eigenverantwortung & Teamgeist
