Stadt Zofingen sucht eine engagierte Sozialarbeiterin bzw. einen Sozialarbeiter zur Beratung von Klientinnen und Klienten in schwierigen Lebenslagen. Sie entwickeln gemeinsam nachhaltige Perspektiven für berufliche und soziale Integration.
Sie führen eigenständig Fallakten im Fallführungssystem (KLIB) und arbeiten eng mit der internen Fachstelle ChanceZ! sowie dem erfahrenen Sozialhilfeteam zusammen. Zudem koordinieren Sie Leistungen zur Existenzsicherung mit Behörden.
