Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Hotline-Betreuung, das Weiterleiten komplexerer Störungen an den IT-Support sowie die telefonische Fehlerbehebung im Remote-Support und die Unterstützung der Anwenderinnen und Anwender bei digitalen Diensten.
Sie bringen IT-Kenntnisse im First-Level-Support mit, idealerweise Erfahrungen mit der ITSM-Suite BMC Remedy.
