Freestar-Informatik AG sucht ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für eine temporäre Vollzeitstelle im Bereich Helpdesk/First Level Support im Raum Bern.
Sie unterstützen Anwender beim Umgang mit digitalen Dienstleistungen des Bundes, leiten komplexe Störungen weiter und arbeiten eng mit dem IT-Support zusammen. Gute Deutschkenntnisse und mindestens eine weitere Amtssprache auf B2-Niveau sind erforderlich;
Remote-Support ist vorgesehen.
