frigemo sucht eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Person für den Produktionsbetrieb in Zollikofen BE. Sie koordinieren Hygienekontrollen, arbeiten eng mit dem Labor zusammen und bewerten Analysenberichte gemäß HyV, GMP und ISO-Standards.
Sie führen operatives Monitoring durch, überwachen Prüfmittel und unterstützen Schulungen sowie die Qualitätssicherung. Einschlägige Ausbildung in der Lebensmittelbranche bzw. FH/HF Lebensmitteltechnologie ist wünschenswert.
