Sie bringen gastronomische und kaufmännische Kenntnisse mit, zusätzlich zur Selbstständigkeit und Flexibilität. Erforderlich sind gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Programme und ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise Abacus. Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, Englisch und wünschenswerterweise Französisch sind ebenfalls wichtig.
