Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly organized and individual who is eager to make an impact and thrive in a dynamic team environment as a Business Operations Coordinator - 1-year fixed-term
.

The role supports the Head of Media, Betting & Technology in driving priorities, improving day-to-day execution, and ensuring the smooth running of the department. Acting as the central link between teams, you will combine strategic coordination, operational support, and administrative responsibilities, while gaining broad exposure to leadership, decision-making, and the workings of a high-performing department.

Business Operations
  • Work closely with senior leadership, supporting the planning, prioritisation and follow-up of key initiatives
  • Prepare and shape high-quality meeting agendas, briefing documents, presentations and executive summaries
  • Keep an overview of goals, action items and deadlines across projects, helping teams stay aligned and on track
  • Play a central role in coordinating cross-functional projects and facilitating clear, timely communication between stakeholders
  • Contribute to improving processes and workflows by documenting ways of working and helping create operational clarity
  • Take ownership of organising and coordinating events, including client invitations to Infront events and the company’s presence at industry events
  • Support internal communication and team coordination, including the organisation of team meetings and team events
Administrative & Organisational Support
  • Manage calendars and meeting schedules, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient use of time
  • Organise travel arrangements, expenses and handle related administrative tasks
  • Maintain structured and well-organised records and documentation
Your profile
  • You have 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, operations, consulting, project coordination or executive support role, or in a similar function
  • You have completed professional education with additional qualifications in this field
  • You are experienced in supporting senior leadership and managing priorities across multiple initiatives
  • You bring strong organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • You are able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • You take a collaborative, team-oriented approach to your work
  • You demonstrate a high level of discretion, professionalism, reliability and loyalty
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, to ensure smooth coordination across teams
  • You are proficient in the MS Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
  • You are fluent in English and German is an advantage
