- Participate in onboarding and orientation covering RBI’s culture, business, brands, strategic plans, and skills training
- Own a strategic, business-critical project selected by senior leadership
- Work on projects across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, Procurement, or related areas
- Develop ideas to improve guest service, grow revenue, and optimize operations
- Receive mentorship, coaching, feedback, networking, and development opportunities
- Present project findings and recommendations to the department head and Brand President
- Potentially transition into a full-time professional role upon graduation
- Student enrolled in a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) program
- Graduation date between Dec 2027 and July 2028
- 4–7 years of prior related work experience in areas such as consulting, banking, CPG, retail, or hospitality
- Prior people management experience, including at least 1 direct report or directly leading a group, team, or project
- Solid analytical capabilities
- Structured approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Natural leadership ability
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for growth, ownership, and the QSR industry
