The Global BPO Deliver Performance Excellence Leader serves as the business authority for operational excellence across the J&J Med Tech Deliver network. This role is responsible for defining and governing global operational standards, ensuring consistent execution across all distribution centers (both J&J-owned and 3PL-operated). Acting as the Global Business Process Owner (BPO), the leader drives continuous improvement, benchmarking, and cost-to-deliver intelligence to enhance service performance, cost efficiency, and overall network excellence.

• Define and deploy global operational standards across all distribution center sites
• Ensure consistency across J&J-owned and 3PL-operated facilities
• Establish and govern DC archetypes, including performance expectations and operating models
• Monitor adherence and drive standardization across regions

• Own global standards and governance across key areas, including
• Site master planning
• Continuous improvement (Lean, JJOS, Visual Management)
• Health, Safety, Quality, and EHS
• Performance management, SLAs, and site scorecards
• Packaging optimization, waste reduction, and operational efficiency
• Benchmarking & Intelligence
• Lead internal and external benchmarking to generate industry and competitive insights
• Develop and deploy Cost-to-Deliver/Serve models and strategies
