Job Description & How to Apply Below

Private Flight is an international technology company delivering innovative software and process solutions for the aviation industry. The company has a clear vision and purpose and currently operates a world-leading Catering Management Platform across more than 170 countries. As we expand into our next phase with Koralis - a Flight Service Orchestration platform - we continue to build a category-defining global business.

This requires clarity, structure, and exceptional execution.

We are seeking a Head of Product Orchestration (HPO) / Product Architect to join our motivated and professional multi-cultural team. This exciting role is a key part of replacing traditional sprint-based management with a Product Flow Cadence Model
, to ensure work progresses through structured stages of clarity, design, build, and quality control. Our Principal thought is Clarity creates speed, and Speed creates advantage.

The Role

The role of Head of Product Orchestration is a CEO-adjacent position working with a dynamic and collaborative team across Switzerland, New Zealand, and Vietnam. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our product is structured, built, and delivered.

This role acts as the central product "control tower", translating CEO-led product vision into a structured, executable approach and ensuring alignment across product, design, and engineering.

This role is fully office-based in Zug, Switzerland, and requires close, regular interaction with the CEO, as well as collaboration across global teams. Some international travel may be required. Applicants who are not willing or able to be office-based will not be considered.

Responsibilities

The primary focus of the Head of Product Orchestration is to ensure that all product development is clear, aligned, structured, and executed to a high standard, enabling continuous flow, speed, coherence, and commercial impact.

As Head of Product Orchestration, your key responsibilities include Product discovery, flow ownership, coordination and oversight, feature definition and high-level user story creation, the draft and final Validated Briefs and UI/UX design collaboration.

You will act as the single integration point across product, design, and engineering, aligning teams across Switzerland (Think), New Zealand (Technical and UI/UX guidance and Domain Knowledge) and Vietnam (Build). You will ensure that priorities, technical execution, and design outputs are fully aligned, removing conflicting interpretations and maintaining a unified product direction.

You will oversee execution quality and delivery, ensuring that all outputs meet a high standard of completeness, consistency, and alignment with defined requirements. This includes managing rapid iteration cycles, enforcing execution standards, and constructively challenging incomplete or misaligned work.

In addition, you will structure and prioritize the product roadmap, feature sequencing, and coordinate execution priorities, ensuring that product outputs are linked to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer value.

As a key extension of the CEO, you will prepare structured briefs and decision frameworks, clearly outlining options and trade-offs. You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, increasing decision velocity and ensuring that product development scales effectively as the company grows.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Strong product thinking capability beyond delivery-level product management
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguity into clear, simplified, executable systems
  • Deep understanding of UX logic, system design, and product workflows
  • Strong understanding of technical constraints and software development processes
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to link product decisions to business outcomes
  • Experience with AI-enabled product development tools (e.g. Claude Code)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5-10+ years' experience in product, product architecture, or system design roles
  • Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership
  • Proven track record of structuring and delivering complex product systems
  • Experience in aviation, travel tech, or marketplace platforms is an advantage
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Highly structured thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Low ego, high ownership, and strong accountability mindset
  • Comfortable operating at CEO intensity and pace
  • Ability to challenge constructively and drive alignment
  • Bias for action…
